In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our scientific innovations and company vision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop, film, and edit engaging video content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver content that aligns with our brand and mission.
Technical Proficiency:
- Operate and maintain video production equipment, ensuring optimal quality in all productions.
Post-Production:
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Brand Consistency:
- Uphold and promote Zymo Research's brand identity across all video content.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional videography experience, preferably within the biotechnology or scientific sectors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.

Compensation:
The estimated base compensation range for this position is $30 - $40 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
