NetSuite Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

Zymo Research’s NetSuite team is the support team that connects all our departments together.  Every department either currently or will soon rely on NetSuite in some capacity.  Your role as a Business Systems Analyst is to enable every department to operate efficiently on their own and effectively in collaboration with other departments.  This is an entry to mid-level role where you are working actively on a team but are expected to be able to work on your own.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in day-to-day support tasks like data uploads, create sales promotions, data exports, user set-up, etc. 
• Participate in NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. 
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the NetSuite system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. 
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration and customization. 
• Provide clear documentation for processes developed and currently in use 
• Develop and deliver training materials to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system. 
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and issues as they arise. 
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the NetSuite system to ensure it meets evolving business needs. 
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and new features, and recommend and implement enhancements as appropriate. 
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, Searches, and KPIs to provide insights into business performance. 
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely information. 
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion. 
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. 

Education and Experience:

• 2-5 years’ hands-on experience using NetSuite with Administrator/System Administrator permissions or hold any NetSuite Certifications. 
• 5+ years of Professional experience or a degree in relevant areas 
• Hands-on knowledge of two of: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, FreeMarker, and Custom Records  
• Experience in one of the following modules: CRM, Financial Reporting, Advanced Manufacturing 
• Creating Saved Searches, CSV Imports, and Mass Updates required.  Dashboards a plus. 
• Understanding Inventory Detail required, Advanced Manufacturing with Lot Numbers a plus.   
• Experience creating and/or mapping business process & future state definitions. 
• Experience working on projects from requirements gathering phase through deployment.   
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand new concepts quickly 
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology or support 
• SQL or Excel required; Visio preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
