Limitation: Only one offer per published paper, regardless of the number of Zymo Research products cited or the number of authors on the publication. The offer is valid while supplies last. Additional restrictions may apply and will be communicated as necessary.
Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The offer is void where prohibited by law. Zymo Research reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to reject any fraudulent or incomplete submissions.
Agreement to Policies: By participating in the “Cite and Celebrate” program, individuals agree to adhere to Zymo Research's Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, participants consent to allow Zymo Research to use the information provided for marketing and promotional purposes within the scientific community, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Zymo Research Website Credit Terms and Conditions: By using the credit offered by Zymo Research on the Zymo Research website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. The credit may only be used for purchasing products and services available on zymoresearch.com. The credit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any unused credit will expire one year from the date of issue. The credit is not valid for prior purchases. Zymo Research shall not be liable for any issues arising from the use or inability to use the credit, including but not limited to technical issues affecting the website. Zymo Research reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the credit following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions: By using the Third-Party Gift Card ("Gift Card") provided by Zymo Research, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Zymo Research is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen Gift Cards or use without permission. The Gift Card cannot be returned. The Third-Party Gift Card is subject to additional terms and conditions set forth by the Third-Party vendor. Before using the Gift Card, please review and accept the terms provided by the respective vendor.
